1959:

Regent Tool & Die began as a small die making shop in Oro-Medonte, ON.

1985: After apprenticing as a die maker at Regent Tool, Robert Hooper bought the company. For the next two decades, Regent Tool was mostly involved in the automotive industry of Southern Ontario, but also had customers in mining, heavy equipment, petrochemical and aerospace industries.

1999:

Mirow Technology was founded by 3 partners – one of which was Robert Hooper. Mirow’s parts were manufactured by Regent Tool, and distributed from Rouyn-Noranda, QC.

2021:

Mirow Technology and Regent Tool amalgamate, and are restructured to form Mirow Regent Technology. Operations in Rouyn-Noranda are moved to our manufacturing plant in Oro-Medonte.
